Philanthropy

Interplex strives to be a responsible corporate citizen and serve the communities we operate in. In addition to our efforts to drive sustainability and safety within the industries we work, Interplex is constantly contributing to charitable causes. Human Rights & Labor Relations

At Interplex, we respect and uphold international principles for protecting human rights in our operations and supply chain; which prohibit forced labor, child labor and discrimination. We also honor human rights and strive to create an atmosphere of respect and tolerance amongst our Employees by implementing the following measures;

  • Whistle-blowing mechanism on issues regarding human rights and ethics;
  • Procedures to integrate our senior employees;
  • Third-party audits to prevent child and forced labor;
  • Recruitment checklist and proper documentation to prevent child labor
