Code of Business Conduct

Interplex is not only focused on achieving success, but how we achieve it. We strive to act with integrity in every facet of our operations in order to protect ourselves, our employees, and our stakeholders. Our code of business conduct (“Code”) forms the basis for our daily operations, covering everything from anti-corruption laws to a healthy and safe work environment to environmental protection. In each aspect of our -code, we uphold the regulations of the areas we operate and the best practices for our employees.

‘’Our directors, officers, employees, and other temporary staff (“Employees”) worldwide are expected to understand and comply with this code. All Employees are encouraged to raise any good faith concerns or suspected violations of our code of business conduct with management and human resources department.’’

Our Interplex Ethics Hotline which is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by an independent third-party provider is also available to field concerns which Employees may feel uncomfortable bringing directly to superiors.

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who in good faith raises a concern or violation of the law, the Code or any other company policies or assists with an investigation. The information we receive will be treated as confidential and privileged to the extent permitted by law. We require our managers to raise any concerns brought to their attention and those who ignore violations, or who fail to detect or correct them, could face disciplinary action.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Interplex expects our suppliers to uphold the same high standards we have set for ourselves through our policies regarding human rights, environmental conservation and sustainability, and overall business integrity. We also encourage our suppliers to replicate these practices further down their own supply chain to ensure our policies extend to every facet of our business.

We take measures to ensure our expectations are met, including requiring suppliers to complete self-assessment questionnaires and/or to provide proof of statements demonstrating that our code is being adhered to. In addition, we may also conduct audits or inspections of our suppliers’ facilities to verify compliance. If any aspect of our supplier code of conduct is breached by a supplier, such supplier must comply with an agreed corrective action plan in order to continue their business with us.
