Interplex Nascal is a Southern California-based manufacturer of precision components. It specializes in precision stamped parts made of copper and non-copper alloys, including beryllium copper. Single and multi-up tools available depending on part volume.

The company’s insert molding capability is a value-added process that benefits our customers by making complex assemblies more manufacturable and reducing assembly time. Interplex Nascal employs Arburg horizontal machines and Sodick vertical machines.

Interplex NAS, Inc.

Interplex NAS was founded in 1958 as North American Specialties Corporation, a manufacturer of precision metal stampings for the connector and electronics industries. Since that time, Interplex NAS has grown extensively in size and capability.

In 1977 the company founder applied NAS technology to create a revolutionary solution for soldering problems in circuits assembly – the NAS solder and flux bearing lead. This product line offered significant cost and time savings over other soldering methods and gained immediate acceptance among major electronics manufacturers around the world.

Interplex Medical, LLC

Interplex Medical, founded in 2004, is a full service contract manufacturer of medical devices. The company provides product design and development services, prototyping, and manufacturing services to medical device OEMs. Product development, design, prototyping and all medical contract manufacturing activities are performed in a 7500 sq. ft. facility located in Milford, OH. Interplex Daystar, Inc., located in Franklin Park, IL is a custom metal stamping and insert molding company, specializing in precision metal stamping, as well as rotary insert molding. The company operates in a 112,000 square foot facility and supports the automotive, communications, consumer and electronics markets.

Interplex Daystar, certified to IS0 9001-2000 and TS 16949, specializes in light gauge, tight tolerance parts made from strip material of all types-stainless, cold rolled steel and non-ferrous metals and a wide variety of plastics for our insert molding operations.
