Engine Intake Manifold
Sometimes known as the Engine Inlet Manifold, the Engine Intake Manifold is located inthe engine and consists of a series of pipes. These pipes supply a mixture of fuel and air to the engine’s cylinders; even distribution is important to optimize engine efficiency and performance. Interplex is well equipped to customize solutions such as sensor connectors and bandolier pins so that combustion engines can run smoothly and safely.

Bandolier Pins
Bandolier pins transmit electrical signals in a low cost, high efficiency manner, and can be molded into sensor connectors, ribbon cables or PCB stacking connectors, depending on end application requirements.
Interplex produces bandolier pins to support a variety of dimensional requirements, plating specifications and application-specific designs. Our bandolier pins are available in either square or round wire cross-sections, as well as numerous pitches, sizes and plating options (full, selective, or un-plated). We specialize in responding to quick-turnaround orders and are well equipped for fast-track ramp-up for high volume production.

Transmits electrical signals within manifold air pressure sensor, which sends instantaneous manifold pressure information to engine’s Electronic Control Unit to determine optimum engine air mass flow rate.
Straight Bandolier Pins
Transmits electrical signals in a low cost, high efficiency manner in various end-applications, for example: PCB stacking, ribbon cable.
