Engine Valvetrain
Engine valvetrains are mechanical systems that control valve operation within an internal combustion engine. Control of valve motion throughout the assembly is made possible by components such as rocker arms, pushrods, lifters, and camshafts.
As the engine is a dynamic sub-system and valvetrains are consistently moving during vehicle operation, durability of the latter is extremely important. Interplex’s engine valve rotators can be customized to your end application needs to ensure a smooth, safe drive.

Engine Valve Rotators
Regular rotation of engine valves is critical for problem-free engine operations. Interplex’s engine valve rotators prevent sticking of valves due to deposits that form on valve seats, and also enable uniform temperature distribution (symmetrical heating and cooling) across valves.
Our engine valve rotators are cold forged for improved part integrity and strength, and machined to achieve the tight tolerances required. These processes are complemented by our value-added processes such as annealing and heat treatment, shot blasting, and anti-rust oiling.
