Electronic Stability Program (ESP)
Electronic stability program (ESP) is a computerized technology that improves a vehicle’s stability and minimizes the loss of control by detecting and reducing loss of traction. It intervenes when it detects a probable loss of steering control— such as during sudden swerves, when hydroplaning, or skidding on slippery roads— and does so by automatically applying the brakes to help “steer” the vehicle in the correct direction.
Interplex can customize solutions for various ESP subsystems such as anti-lock braking system (ABS) controllers, brake ECU module connectors, sensor connectors for speed and acceleration, and much more. Our global footprint ensures that no matter where you are, we can provide these customized application solutions close to you.

ABS Controller Cartridges
Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) controller cartridges work with solenoids that, when activated, induce magnetic fields that enable ABS brake control valves to open and close. Being a critical element in safety anti-skid systems, quality and reliability is of utmost importance.
Interplex’s reliable deep drawn cartridge components are trusted by top-tier automotive companies. Products from our ABS controller cartridge solutions include: Flanges, cages, ISO sleeves, dump seats, dump sleeves, and supply valve sleeves.

ECU Connectors
Electronic Control Unit (ECU) connectors are integral in controlling embedded automotive systems for a multitude of end applications. Interplex’s ECU connectors are designed to withstand harsh environments in fuel injection and engine control, braking (ABS) and acceleration systems, power steering and towing modules, just to name a few.
Being vertically integrated, Interplex is well equipped to stamp terminals, selectively plate them as required, and insert mold them in your desired densities within sturdy plastic enclosures. Our global footprint ensures that no matter where you are, we can provide these customized application solutions close to you.

Brake Module ECU Connector
Obtains inputs from sensors and appropriately transmits output signals that appropriately control fuel injection quantity.
Electronic Stability Control ECU Connector
Sends electrical signals to brake control module within Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system, which helps to control and maintain lateral stability of vehicle.
Electronic Stability Program ECU Connector
Controls and maintains lateral stability of vehicle by applying brake pressure on appropriate wheels that are losing traction and turning off engine throttle if necessary.

Sensor Connectors
Sensors are the link between electronic equipment and conditions in the physical world. Interplex’s sensor connectors are designed and built to enable sensor solutions in various domains and end applications such as powertrain, safety and steering.
Interplex specializes in developing and producing sensor connectors that support the industry trend of increased sensor content in cars. Being vertically integrated, we are well equipped to turn your sensor connectors into a reality: From core processes such as precision stamping terminals and Press-Fit pins, plastic molding (insert molding and pre-molding), and value-added processes such as welding and plating— we’ve got you covered.
